Ingredients
 
 

  • 250 g butter good quality
  • 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon chives finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons dill leaves picked
  • cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

Method:

  • Spread butter onto a board and smooth it out with the back of a spoon. Set aside.
  • Place a small frying pan on medium heat. Add olive oil and heat for 30 seconds. Add garlic and cook, stirring continuously so it doesn’t burn, for 2 mins or until fragrant. Remove and let it cool for 5-10 mins.
  • Drizzle the garlic and oil over the butter. Then add the lemon zest, red chilli flakes, chopped chives and dill. Sprinkle over some cracked black pepper. Serve.
