Baked Brie With Toasted Honey Almonds

- 1 wheel creamy brie
- 3/4 cup almonds chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1–2 tablespoons honey
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C conventional (160°C fan-forced).
- Place the brie in a small baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a medium frying pan over medium heat. Toast the almonds for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally so they don’t burn. Add the butter and stir through until melted. Then add the honey and rosemary and mix well.
- Remove the brie from the oven and use a sharp knife to cut off the top. Pour over the honey almonds. Serve immediately.
