Do you offer gift memberships?
Not yet… but if you’d like to gift a membership, please reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I pause my membership if I need a break?
Pausing isn’t available right now, but you can cancel anytime and reactivate later when you’re ready.
Will my membership renew automatically?
Yes, your membership will auto-renew unless you switch it off in your account settings.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments.
How do I sign up for the membership?
Just head to the membership page, click “Sign Up” and follow the prompts.

Can I request specific recipes or meal ideas?
Definitely! Send us a DM on Instagram (@wholesomebysarah) or fill out the contact form with your ideas.
Will there be live Q&As, events or cooking demos?
Yes! We have some exciting “cook with me” events planned exclusively for members. Be sure to join the newsletter list and keep an eye on your inbox for announcements.
Is there a members-only Facebook/Instagram group or community?
Not yet, but if this is something you’d love, let us know via Instagram DM or through the website contact form.

Can I print or download the meal plans?
Yes, you can print out meal plans to keep on the fridge for easy reference.
Will there be shopping lists or prep guides included?
Yes! Shopping lists are built into both the app and website. Some recipes include prep guides, and members-only “how to” resources are planned for monthly release.
Do the recipes cater for dietary preferences (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc.)?
Yes. Both the website and app let you filter recipes to suit most dietary preferences.
Are the recipes family-friendly and budget-friendly?
Absolutely. Recipes are tagged into categories such as family-friendly, budget-friendly, high-protein and more, making it easy to filter and find what works for you.
Will I get access to past recipes and meal plans too?
Yes, you’ll have full access to the complete recipe and meal plan catalogue from the moment you join.
How often will new recipes and meal plans be added?
Every week! New recipes will be added to both the free and members-only collections, along with two exclusive 7-day meal plans curated by Sarah.

How does the customisation of the meal plans work?
There is a short video above, however you will be taught step by step once you’ve signed up to show you how to customise your meal plans.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
Nope! There are no lock-in contracts, you can cancel anytime.
Can I try it out before committing?
We may occasionally run special trial promotions, but there won’t be a free trial available at launch.
What do I get as a member each week/month?
Every week you’ll receive two new 7-day meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks included), plus one brand-new members-only recipe. We’ll also drop some helpful how-to guides on the reg.
How is this different from the free recipes on Wholesome by Sarah?
Free recipes are just the beginning! With a paid membership, you get full access to the Wholesome by Sarah app (iPhone and Android), members-only recipes, the ability to create meal plans from the growing recipe library, and a shopping list tool that makes planning and grocery runs much easier.
Who is the membership for?
It’s perfect for busy parents who want to streamline meal planning and keep the family eating wholesome food every week, as well as professionals looking for quick, healthy ideas that fit into a busy lifestyle.
What is Wholesome at Home?
Wholesome at Home is Sarah’s brand-new digital membership, available as a monthly or annual subscription. As a member, you’ll unlock exclusive recipes, weekly meal plans curated by Sarah, the ability to build your own custom plans, and handy shopping list functionality. You’ll also enjoy special perks like discounts on Sarah’s recipe eBooks and access to members-only events.
Can I cancel my membership at any point?
If you’re on the monthly payment membership subscription, then you can cancel at any time.
However, if you’ve bought the annual membership, you can cancel at any time and will then have access up until 12 months after you’ve purchased.
When is the membership going to be available?
We are hoping for our membership to be available later this year.
How much does it cost to join?
There are two membership options – an annual payment for $150 which is more cost effective, or a monthly payment of $14.50.

Who do I contact if I’m having trouble accessing my membership?

How do I update my email or payment details?
Once logged in, go to the customer dashboard and click your username in the bottom left corner. Here you can update your settings and payment info.
Can I access the membership on mobile, tablet, and desktop?
Yes! Use the app on mobile for convenience, or log in via the website on tablet and desktop.
Do I need to install an app to access the content?
No, you can access everything through your web browser. But for the best experience on mobile, we recommend downloading the Wholesome by Sarah app (available on iOS and Android).
I forgot my password – how do I reset it?
No problem. Just go to the log in page on the website or app and follow the reset prompts.
How do I log in to my account?
You can log in via the website or the app with the same account details.
