Ricotta, Goat’s Cheese & Fresh Herb Dip
Makes 3 cups Prep time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 400 g ricotta cheese
- 3 tablespoons greek yoghurt
- 100 g goat's cheese soft
- 1 lemon large, zest & juice
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup basil leaves
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes for garnish
- fresh herbs of your choice chopped, for garnish
- honey for drizzling
Instructions
- In a food processor, place the ricotta, yoghurt, goat's cheese, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, mint and basil. Blend until well combined. Season well with salt and pepper.
- To serve, sprinkle with red chilli flakes and fresh chopped herbs. Add a drizzle of honey for sweetness.
- Serve with crostini, lavosh and fresh vegetables (baby cucumbers, snow peas, radishes, carrot, baby asparagus).
