Cheesy Artichoke & Spinach Dip

This dip is out-of-this-world delicious! So rich, creamy and addictive! A real crowd-pleaser when you’re having guests over.

Ingredients
  

  • 325 g cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic crushed or very finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 230 g jarred marinated artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen spinach thawed & squeezed of liquid
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C conventional (160°C fan-forced).
  • In a large bowl, place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, grated parmesan and grated mozzarella. Mix well. Add the artichoke hearts, spinach, salt and pepper. Fold everything together gently.

  • Transfer the artichoke mix to a small baking dish, using a spatula to spread the mix so it fills the dish. Bake for about 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve with crackers or slices of crusty baguette.
