Cheesy Artichoke & Spinach Dip
Oh wow!!!! This is out of this world delicious!!!So rich, creamy and ADDICTIVE!!!!A real crowd-pleaser when you’re having guests over.
Ingredients
- 325 g cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced or very finely chopped
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 230 g jar marinated artichoke hearts drained
- 1.5 cups frozen spinach thawed and squeezed of liquid
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, grated parmesan and grated mozzarella. Stir this well with a spatula or wooden spoon. Then add the artichoke hearts and the thawed spinach. Season well and fold everything through gently.
- Use a small baking/roasting dish and fill the dish with the artichoke mix. Use a spatula to flatten and spread the mix so it fills the dish. Bake in the oven for approx. 20-25 mins. It should be golden and bubbly on top.
- Serve with crackers or a crusty baguette.
