Cheesy Artichoke & Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 325 g cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic crushed or very finely chopped
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese grated
- 230 g jarred marinated artichoke hearts drained
- 1 1/2 cups frozen spinach thawed & squeezed of liquid
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C conventional (160°C fan-forced).
- In a large bowl, place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, grated parmesan and grated mozzarella. Mix well. Add the artichoke hearts, spinach, salt and pepper. Fold everything together gently.
- Transfer the artichoke mix to a small baking dish, using a spatula to spread the mix so it fills the dish. Bake for about 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve with crackers or slices of crusty baguette.
