Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C conventional (160°C fan-forced).
In a large bowl, place the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, grated parmesan and grated mozzarella. Mix well. Add the artichoke hearts, spinach, salt and pepper. Fold everything together gently.
325 g cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon garlic, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, 230 g jarred marinated artichoke hearts, 1 1/2 cups frozen spinach, 1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Transfer the artichoke mix to a small baking dish, using a spatula to spread the mix so it fills the dish. Bake for about 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
