Banana, Chocolate & Raspberry Bark

Ingredients
- 3 bananas chopped into rounds
- 200 g raspberries punnet , or frozen raspberries
- 3 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
- 1-2 cups dark chocolate or melted milk
- 1-2 pinches sea salt
Instructions
Method:
- Lay out baking paper on board
- Lay out banana rounds.
- Then lay out raspberries at the joints of the banana’s.
- Lay down a piece of baking paper on top & use a potato masher to crush the raspberries. Remove the baking paper.
- Drizzle over peanut butter. Spread out.
- Drizzle over melted chocolate. Spread out.
- Sprinkle sea salt.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Break into pieces
