Banana, Chocolate & Raspberry Bark

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 bananas chopped into rounds
  • 200 g raspberries punnet , or frozen raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
  • 1-2 cups dark chocolate or melted milk
  • 1-2 pinches sea salt

Instructions
 

Method:

  • Lay out baking paper on board
  • Lay out banana rounds.
  • Then lay out raspberries at the joints of the banana’s.
  • Lay down a piece of baking paper on top & use a potato masher to crush the raspberries. Remove the baking paper.
  • Drizzle over peanut butter. Spread out.
  • Drizzle over melted chocolate. Spread out.
  • Sprinkle sea salt.
  • Freeze for at least 1 hour.
  • Break into pieces
