Banana, Chocolate & Raspberry Bark

Ingredients
- 3 bananas chopped into rounds
- 200 g raspberries fresh or frozen
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
- 1–2 cups dark or milk chocolate melted
- 1–2 pinches sea salt
Instructions
- Place a sheet of baking paper on a board. Lay the banana rounds on the board, then place the raspberries in between the bananas.
- Place a second piece of baking paper on top and use a potato masher to crush the raspberries. Remove the top sheet of baking paper.
- Drizzle over the peanut butter, then spread it out. Next, drizzle over the melted chocolate and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with the sea salt.
- Freeze the chocolate bark for at least 1 hour. Break or slice into pieces to serve.
