BANANA, CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY BARK

Prep time: 15mins

Ingredients:

  • 3 bananas, chopped into rounds

  • 200g punnet raspberries (or frozen raspberries)

  • 3 tablespoons peanut or almond butter

  • 1-2 cups melted milk or dark chocolate 

  • 1-2 pinches sea salt flakes 

Method:

  1. Lay out baking paper on board

  2. Lay out banana rounds.

  3. Then lay out raspberries at the joints of the banana’s.

  4. Lay down a piece of baking paper on top & use a potato masher to crush the raspberries. Remove the baking paper.

  5. Drizzle over peanut butter. Spread out.

  6. Drizzle over melted chocolate. Spread out.

  7. Sprinkle sea salt.

  8. Freeze for at least 1 hour.

  9. Break into pieces
