BANANA, CHOCOLATE & RASPBERRY BARK
Prep time: 15mins
Ingredients:
3 bananas, chopped into rounds
200g punnet raspberries (or frozen raspberries)
3 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
1-2 cups melted milk or dark chocolate
1-2 pinches sea salt flakes
Method:
Lay out baking paper on board
Lay out banana rounds.
Then lay out raspberries at the joints of the banana’s.
Lay down a piece of baking paper on top & use a potato masher to crush the raspberries. Remove the baking paper.
Drizzle over peanut butter. Spread out.
Drizzle over melted chocolate. Spread out.
Sprinkle sea salt.
Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Break into pieces
