Banana, Chocolate & Raspberry Bark

Ingredients
- 3 bananas chopped into rounds
- 200 g raspberries fresh or frozen
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
- 1–2 cups dark or milk chocolate melted
- 1–2 pinches sea salt
Instructions
- Place a sheet of baking paper on a board. Lay the banana rounds on the board, then place the raspberries in between the bananas.3 bananas, 200 g raspberries
- Place a second piece of baking paper on top and use a potato masher to crush the raspberries. Remove the top sheet of baking paper.200 g raspberries
- Drizzle over the peanut butter, then spread it out. Next, drizzle over the melted chocolate and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with the sea salt.3 tablespoons peanut butter, 1–2 cups dark or milk chocolate, 1–2 pinches sea salt
- Freeze the chocolate bark for 1 hour. Break or slice into pieces to serve.
