Banana, Chocolate & Raspberry Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas chopped into rounds
  • 200 g raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1–2 cups dark or milk chocolate melted
  • 1–2 pinches sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Place a sheet of baking paper on a board. Lay the banana rounds on the board, then place the raspberries in between the bananas.

  • Place a second piece of baking paper on top and use a potato masher to crush the raspberries. Remove the top sheet of baking paper.

  • Drizzle over the peanut butter, then spread it out. Next, drizzle over the melted chocolate and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle with the sea salt.
    3 tablespoons peanut butter, 1–2 cups dark or milk chocolate, 1–2 pinches sea salt
  • Freeze the chocolate bark for 1 hour. Break or slice into pieces to serve.
