Banana & Nutella Flaxseed Bread

Oh wow!!! This was gone very quickly in our house when I made it. IT IS AMAZING!!!!!Do yourselves a favour and make it!!

Ingredients
 
 

Wet ingredients:

  • 3 bananas mashed with a fork or potato masher
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups whole-wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal red tractor foods
  • 6 tablespoons nutella

Instructions
 

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a loaf tin with baking paper so that it comes up the sides of the loaf tin.
  • Mix all the wet ingredients together in a large bowl and stir together. Then add the dry ingredients and fold them through with a spatula.
  • Pour half the batter into the loaf tin, pat it down with a spatula. The dollop in half the Nutella spread, swirl around with a fork. Then continue with the remaining batter and Nutella spread, swirl with a fork.
  • Bake the bread in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove and let it cool. Then remove from the loaf tin and slice.
