No Nut Cacao, Oat & Coconut Brownie Balls

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 12 dates soaked in hot water for 5 minutes, drained
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional, for rolling
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients (except the chia seeds) in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Roll 12 small balls and place them on a tray. You can coat the brownie balls in chia seeds or leave them as they are.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
