No Nut Cacao, Oat & Coconut Brownie Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats rolled
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 12 dates soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cups shredded coconut
- 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup canadian
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional, for rolling
Instructions
- Method:
- Place all ingredients (except the chia seeds) in a food processor and blend until well combined.
- Roll out 12 small balls with the mix and place them on a tray. You can choose to coat the brownie balls in chia seeds or leave them as they are.
- Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
