No Nut Cacao, Oat & Coconut Brownie Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 12 dates soaked in hot water for 5 minutes, drained
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional, for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients (except the chia seeds) in a food processor and blend until well combined.
    1 cup rolled oats, 2 tablespoons cacao powder, 12 dates, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3/4 cup shredded coconut, 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • Roll 12 small balls and place them on a tray. You can coat the brownie balls in chia seeds or leave them as they are.
    1 cup rolled oats, 2 tablespoons cacao powder, 12 dates, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3/4 cup shredded coconut, 1 1/2 tablespoons pure maple syrup, 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
