No Nut Cacao, Oat & Coconut Brownie Balls

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup oats rolled
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 12 dates soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cups shredded coconut
  • 1.5 tablespoons maple syrup canadian
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds optional, for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Method:
  • Place all ingredients (except the chia seeds) in a food processor and blend until well combined.
  • Roll out 12 small balls with the mix and place them on a tray. You can choose to coat the brownie balls in chia seeds or leave them as they are.
  • Place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
