Egg, Bacon & Cherry Tomato Quiches
I think it’s very obvious that I have an absolute love for @australianeggsOne of the things I love most about them, apart from their wonderful nutritional benefits for little ones, is that you don’t need to spend hours creating recipes with them. They can be made into a delicious meal very quickly and easily.These egg, bacon & cherry tomato quiches are a perfect example of that. They take 10 minutes to whip up and the result is a delicious, healthy and perfect snack for your little ones (and adults)!Makes 12 muffin size quiches
Ingredients
- 8 eggs lightly whisked
- 1/4 cup thickened cream or milk of choice
- 5 rasher bacons finely diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 2 spring onions finely sliced
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- sea salt optional
- cracked black pepper
Instructions
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- To a large bowl add eggs, cream/milk, bacon, cherry tomatoes, spring onion and tasty cheese. Combine the mix and season well (optional).
- Grease a 12-hole muffin tin with olive oil spray (or butter) and pour the mixture in. Leave a little bit of room at the top as the mix will expand while cooking.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes (until they are puffed up and golden). Remove from the oven, let them cool for 20 minutes and enjoy!!
