Strawberry & Basil Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1.5 frozen bananas large
- 1.5 cups frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1.5 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
To decorate
- cacao nibs
- coconut flakes raw
- strawberries fresh sliced, greens left on
- basil leaves fresh
- figs sliced
- raspberries smash some up for texture
- raspberry lindt dark chocolate chopped
- kiwi fruits mini
Instructions
Method
- Mix all smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth. If you like your smoothie thick, leave it as is. Otherwise add more coconut milk and blend further.
- Then be creative and decorate how you like, remember to use different colours.
