PEANUT BUTTER & COCONUT SLICE (NO BAKE)

Whip this baby up in 10 minutes!!!

It’s no bake and a healthier alternative to the traditional butter slices

Makes 10x large pieces (20 mini pieces)

Prep time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of peanut butter

  • 1 cup of shredded coconut

  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted

  • 1/2 cup of honey

  • Pinch of salt flakes

  • 2/3 cup of choc chips (milk or dark)

Method:

  1. Line a baking pan/brownie tin with baking paper (approx. 27cm X 17cm)

  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  3. Pour mix into the lined tin. Place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour. Cut and enjoy!
