Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- sea salt (pinch)
- 2/3 cup choc chips milk or dark
Instructions
Method:
- Line a baking pan/brownie tin with baking paper (approx. 27cm X 17cm)
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Pour mix into the lined tin. Place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour. Cut and enjoy!
