PEANUT BUTTER & COCONUT SLICE (NO BAKE)
Whip this baby up in 10 minutes!!!
It’s no bake and a healthier alternative to the traditional butter slices
Makes 10x large pieces (20 mini pieces)
Prep time: 10 mins
Ingredients:
1 cup of peanut butter
1 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup of honey
Pinch of salt flakes
2/3 cup of choc chips (milk or dark)
Method:
Line a baking pan/brownie tin with baking paper (approx. 27cm X 17cm)
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Pour mix into the lined tin. Place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour. Cut and enjoy!
