Peanut Butter & Coconut Slice (No Bake)

Whip this baby up in 10 minutes!!!
It’s no bake and a healthier alternative to the traditional butter slices
Makes 10x large pieces (20 mini pieces)

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • sea salt (pinch)
  • 2/3 cup choc chips milk or dark

Instructions
 

Method:

  • Line a baking pan/brownie tin with baking paper (approx. 27cm X 17cm)
  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Pour mix into the lined tin. Place in the fridge for minimum 1 hour. Cut and enjoy!
