Peanut Butter & Coconut Slice (No Bake)
Whip this baby up in 10 minutes! It’s no bake and a healthier alternative to the traditional butter slices.Makes 10 large pieces or 20 mini pieces
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup honey
- pinch sea salt
- 2/3 cup choc chips milk or dark
Instructions
- Line a 27 cm x 17 cm brownie tin with baking paper.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Pour the mix into the lined tin. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set. Cut and enjoy!
