Peanut Butter & Coconut Slice (No Bake)

Whip this baby up in 10 minutes! It’s no bake and a healthier alternative to the traditional butter slices.
Makes 10 large pieces or 20 mini pieces

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2/3 cup choc chips milk or dark

Instructions
 

  • Line a 27 cm x 17 cm brownie tin with baking paper.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Pour the mix into the lined tin. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set. Cut and enjoy!
