Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter the runnier the better
  • 1 cup peanut chopped
  • 1 cup dark chocolate bits
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

Method:

  • Peel the bananas. Cut in half and then cut down the middle of both halves to make 4x fingers. Spread a generous amount of peanut butter onto each banana. Then dunk them into the chopped peanuts. Freeze these for 30 mins.
  • Place the dark choc bits in a bowl with the coconut oil and heat in microwave until melted. Remove the banana from the freezer and working quickly, dunk each banana piece into the melted chocolate. Use a fork to coat all over the banana pieces. Don’t worry if it’s messy!!! Then leave them to set (I usually put mine in the fridge for 30 mins). Enjoy!!!
