- 1/2 red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley fresh and finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mint roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup almonds toasted and roughly chopped
- 100 g feta crumbled
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 lemon juice squeezed
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
Instructions

- When ready to serve, evenly divide the salad into 4 containers.
