Choc Chip Banana Oat Bars

Ingredients
- 2 bananas ripe, mashed
- 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup pure
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups oats
- 1 cup quinoa puffed
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup choc chips more for top
Instructions
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C
- In a bowl, mix the mashed bananas, extra virgin olive oil, almond butter, pure maple syrup, and vanilla
- In another bowl, combine the oats, puffed quinoa, salt, shredded coconut, baking powder, and choc chips.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Line a slice tin with baking paper and press the mixture firmly into the tin to ensure a tight slice.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
