Ingredients
- 2 bananas ripe, mashed
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cup puffed quinoa
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup choc chips plus extra for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C conventional (160°C fan-forced). Line a slice tin with baking paper.
