10 Minute Tuna Mix
A perfect weekday mix! Throw it together in 10 minutes and enjoy. Super simple, but packs a punch when it comes to flavour.
Ingredients
- 185 g canned tuna drained
- 1 red capsicum small, finely diced
- 1 lebanese cucumber small, finely diced
- 3 celery sticks finely diced
- 2 spring onions finely sliced
- 1 avocado small, diced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Dressing
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
Instructions
- For the dressing: Mix all the ingredients together. Adjust to taste.
- For the mix: Combine all the ingredients, except the sesame seeds, in a medium bowl. Add the dressing and toss gently to mix it all together. Add the sesame seeds and stir them through.
- Serve the mix on toasted sourdough, crackers or rice thins. Top with a little extra sriracha if you want some more kick!
