10-Minute Tuna Mix

A perfect weekday mix! Throw it together in 10 minutes and enjoy. Super simple, but packs a punch when it comes to flavour.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 185 g canned tuna drained
  • 1 red capsicum small, finely diced
  • 1 lebanese cucumber small, finely diced
  • 3 celery sticks finely diced
  • 2 spring onions finely sliced
  • 1 avocado small, diced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon kewpie mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce

Instructions
 

  • For the dressing: Mix all the ingredients together. Adjust to taste.
  • For the mix: Combine all the ingredients, except the sesame seeds, in a medium bowl. Add the dressing and toss gently to mix it all together. Add the sesame seeds and stir them through.
  • Serve the mix on toasted sourdough, crackers or rice thins. Top with a little extra sriracha if you want some more kick!
