185 g canned tuna drained 1 red capsicum small, finely diced 1 lebanese cucumber small, finely diced 3 celery sticks finely diced 2 spring onions finely sliced 1 avocado small, diced 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon kewpie mayonnaise 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
For the dressing: Mix all the ingredients together. Adjust to taste.

For the mix: Combine all the ingredients, except the sesame seeds, in a medium bowl. Add the dressing and toss gently to mix it all together. Add the sesame seeds and stir them through.

Serve the mix on toasted sourdough, crackers or rice thins. Top with a little extra sriracha if you want some more kick!
