Ingredients
- 1 brown onion diced
- 1 tablespoon ginger chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic chopped
- 700 g chicken thighs chopped into 4 cm pieces
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 400 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons tikka masala paste
- 2 cups frozen green beans
- 2–3 tablespoons greek yoghurt
- brown or white rice to serve
Instructions
- To the slow cooker, add the onion, ginger, garlic, chicken, ground coriander, ground turmeric, garam masala, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes and tikka masala paste. - Set your slow cooker to low and let it work its magic for about 6–8 hours. Alternatively cook on high for 4 hours.
