SIX INGREDIENT TUNA MIX
This honestly took me 10 mins to throw together. I had all ingredients in my fridge or pantry, so it’s really easy with no fuss!!!
Serves 2
Ingredients:
370g canned tuna, drained
3 celery ribs, finely diced
1/2 Spanish onion, finely diced
125g canned corn, drained
1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp Greek/natural yoghurt
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Salt and pepper
Red chilli flakes (optional)
Rocket (optional)
Serve on sourdough (optional)
Method:
For the dressing: mix the yoghurt and the sweet chilli sauce together. Adjust to taste.
For the mix: Add tuna, celery, Spanish onion, corn and parsley to a bowl. Mix in the yoghurt dressing and season well. The mix is done.
Feel free to add chilli flakes and rocket.
Serve it on any of the following:
On its own
As a dip with crackers
On corn thins
On sourdough
In a wrap or sandwich
