6-Ingredient Tuna Mix

This honestly takes me 10 minutes to throw together. I usually have all the ingredients in my fridge or pantry, so it’s really easy with no fuss!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 370 g canned tuna drained
  • 3 celery sticks finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely diced
  • 125 g canned corn drained
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves finely chopped
  • sea salt & cracked black pepper
  • red chilli flakes optional
  • rocket leaves optional

Instructions
 

  • To make a simple dressing, mix the yoghurt and sweet chilli sauce together. Adjust to taste.
  • For the mix: Place the tuna, celery, onion, corn and parsley in a bowl. Mix in the yoghurt dressing and season well. Feel free to add chilli flakes and rocket if you like.
  • Serve the tuna mix on its own, or in any of these ways: as a dip with crackers, on corn thins, on sourdough or in a wrap or sandwich.
