6-Ingredient Tuna Mix
This honestly takes me 10 minutes to throw together. I usually have all the ingredients in my fridge or pantry, so it’s really easy with no fuss!
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt or natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 370 g canned tuna drained
- 3 celery sticks finely diced
- 1/2 red onion finely diced
- 125 g canned corn drained
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves finely chopped
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
- red chilli flakes optional
- rocket leaves optional
Instructions
- To make a simple dressing, mix the yoghurt and sweet chilli sauce together. Adjust to taste.
- For the mix: Place the tuna, celery, onion, corn and parsley in a bowl. Mix in the yoghurt dressing and season well. Feel free to add chilli flakes and rocket if you like.
- Serve the tuna mix on its own, or in any of these ways: as a dip with crackers, on corn thins, on sourdough or in a wrap or sandwich.
