For the mix: Place the tuna, celery, onion, corn and parsley in a bowl. Mix in the yoghurt dressing and season well. Feel free to add chilli flakes and rocket if you like.
370 g canned tuna, 3 celery sticks, 1/2 red onion, 125 g canned corn, 1/2 cup parsley leaves, 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce, red chilli flakes, rocket leaves
Serve the tuna mix on its own, or in any of these ways: as a dip with crackers, on corn thins, on sourdough or in a wrap or sandwich.
