- 3.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup wholemeal flour
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon and/or nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 3 cups milk of choice
- 1/3 cup flakes almonds extra for topping
- 2 apples sliced very thinly
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC.
- In a large bowl – combine the oats, flour, protein powder, desiccated coconut, cinnamon, and baking powder. Pour in the maple syrup, vanilla, and milk, then mix everything together directly in the dish until well combined. - Pour into a large baking dish approx. 20 ร 28 cm. Sprinkle the flaked almonds evenly over the top.1/3 cup flakes almonds
