- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 3 tablespoons dried cranberries or preferred dried fruit
- 1 apple grated or finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk of choice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add the oats, Greek yoghurt, shredded coconut, sultanas, apple, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir everything together until well combined.2 cups rolled oats, 1 cup greek yoghurt, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1 apple, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup milk
- Divide the mixture evenly between 5-6 containers or jars.
- Cover and place in the fridge at least 4 hours to allow the oats to soak.
