3tablespoonsdried cranberriesor preferred dried fruit
1applegrated or finely chopped
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1cupmilk of choice
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add the oats, Greek yoghurt, shredded coconut, sultanas, apple, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir everything together until well combined.
2 cups rolled oats, 1 cup greek yoghurt, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1 apple, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 cup milk
Divide the mixture evenly between 5-6 containers or jars.
Cover and place in the fridge at least 4 hours to allow the oats to soak.
