Apple, Cranberry & Vanilla Bircher

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 3 tablespoons dried cranberries or preferred dried fruit
  • 1 apple grated or finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the oats, Greek yoghurt, shredded coconut, sultanas, apple, vanilla extract, and milk. Stir everything together until well combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between 5-6 containers or jars.
  • Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soak.
