- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 apple grated or finely chopped
- 2 cups milk of choice
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl or dish, add the oats, yoghurt, chia seeds, coconut, vanilla, cranberries, apple, and milk.
- Mix well until everything is evenly coated and combined.
- Smooth the mixture out in the dish and cover with a lid or cling wrap.
- Place in the fridge overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid and soften.
- Each morning, scoop out a serving and enjoy chilled. Feel free to add more milk if you like a thinner/looser consistency.
