Apple & Cranberry Bircher

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 apple grated or finely chopped
  • 2 cups milk of choice

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl or dish, add the oats, yoghurt, chia seeds, coconut, vanilla, cranberries, apple, and milk.
    2 cups rolled oats, 1 1/2 cups greek yoghurt, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1/2 cup shredded coconut, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1 apple grated , 2 cups milk
  • Mix well until everything is evenly coated and combined.
  • Smooth the mixture out in the dish and cover with a lid or cling wrap.
  • Place in the fridge overnight overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid and soften.
    2 cups rolled oats, 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • Each morning, scoop out a serving and enjoy chilled. Feel free to add more milk if you like a thinner/looser consistency.
