Apple & Cranberry Bircher

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 apple grated or finely chopped
- 2 cups milk of choice
In a medium-sized mixing bowl or dish, add the oats, yoghurt, chia seeds, coconut, vanilla, cranberries, apple, and milk.

Mix well until everything is evenly coated and combined.
Smooth the mixture out in the dish and cover with a lid or cling wrap.
Place in the fridge overnight overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let the oats and chia seeds absorb the liquid and soften.

Each morning, scoop out a serving and enjoy chilled. Feel free to add more milk if you like a thinner/looser consistency.
