10 Minute Tuna Mix With Corn, Dill & Mayonnaise
Always a go to in our household. It takes 10 minutes and only seven ingredients. You can whip it up in no time. It last about 3 days in the fridge too, so you can make a big batch and then take it to work with corn thins. So yum!!!
Ingredients
- 185 g canned tuna
- 1 lebanese cucumber diced
- 250 g canned corn
- 3 spring onion finely sliced
- 1/4 cup dill finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cottage cheese or greek yoghurt
Instructions
Method:
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- You can serve on sourdough toast, rice things or add rockets leaves to make it a salad.
- I also like to top mine with some sriracha or red chilli flakes.
