Always a go-to in our household. It takes 10 minutes and uses only seven ingredients. You can whip it up in no time. It last about 3 days in the fridge too, so you can make a big batch and then take it to work with corn thins. So yum!
185 g canned tuna, 1 lebanese cucumber, 250 g canned corn, 3 spring onions, 1/4 cup dill, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons cottage cheese
Serve on sourdough toast or rice/corn thins. Or add rocket leaves to make it a salad. I also like to top mine with some sriracha sauce or red chilli flakes.
