Tuna, Pear & Avocado Salad
An easy, no-fuss salad that you can throw together in under 15 minutes. It’s light, crunchy, fresh and delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
- 1 lebanese cucumber cut into rounds
- 185 g canned tuna drained
- 1/2 pear sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup green beans chopped
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 avocado small, sliced
- 1/3 cup almonds chopped, toasted or raw
- 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 lemon juiced
Instructions
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a bowl. Drizzle over the extra Virgin olive oil and squeeze over the lemon juice. Toss gently. Feel free to season with salt and pepper if you wish.
