Tuna, Pear & Avocado Salad

An easy, no-fuss salad that you can throw together in under 15 minutes. It’s light, crunchy, fresh and delicious.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
  • 1 lebanese cucumber cut into rounds
  • 185 g canned tuna drained
  • 1/2 pear thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup green beans chopped
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado small, sliced
  • 1/3 cup almonds toasted or raw, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juice squeezed
  • sea salt & cracked black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the lettuce, cucumber, tuna, pear, green beans, onion, avocado and almonds in a bowl. Drizzle over the olive oil and squeeze over the lemon juice. Toss gently. Feel free to season with salt and pepper if you wish.
