TUNA, CORN & DILL MIX
I love this mix. The dill and cornichons add great flavour to the mix. It’s so versatile, it can be served however you like, but see my suggestions below.
You can serve this on:
Sourdough toast
Rice thins
As a dip with crackers
Inside cucumber skins
Serves 2
Ingredients:
200g can tinned tuna in oil
1 cup of tinned corn kernels, drained
2 tbsp cornichons, finely chopped
2 tbsp dill, finely chopped
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/2 lemon, juice squeezed
1 tsp chilli flakes (or sriracha sauce)
Salt & Pepper
Method:
In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Season to taste.
Feel free to add more chilli or lemon, depending on your preferences.
