The Easiest Bbq Prawns
Entertaining this Summer?Try this simple and DELICIOUS BBQ prawn recipe.It uses 10 ingredients and can be done in under 20 minutes!!!
Ingredients
- 32 prawns raw, large, peeled(tails intact)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter chilled
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 lemon zest and juice
- 1 pinch red chilli flakes
- 1/4 cup parsley roughly chopped
Lemon Mayonnaise Dipping Sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (whole egg)
- 1 tablespoon natural yogurt
- lemon squeeze
Instructions
Method:
- Preheat BBQ to high.
- To make the dipping sauce, mix all ingredients. Adjust to taste.
- Combine the raw prawns, olive oil, butter, garlic, chilli flakes, lemon zest and juice.
- Barbecue the marinated prawns on the hot plate or grill for approx 3 mins each side.
- Serve prawns on a plate/bowl/platter and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve with dipping sauce.
