Slow Cooker Hoisin Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thighs chopped into 4 cm pieces
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 3 cm ginger piece finely chopped
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons cornflour mixed with 1 tablespoon water
To Serve
- rice
- steamed greens
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- To the slow cooker, add the chicken, garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, and cornflour mixture. Mix well to combine.
- Place the lid on and cook for 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
- Serve the rice into bowls, top with the hoisin chicken and steamed greens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
