Ingredients
- 600 g curly fettuccini
- 1 jar pasta sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried chilli flakes optional
- 2 cloves garlic finely chopped
- sea salt & cracked black pepper
- 0.5 cup red wine
- 2.25 cups water
- 6 tsp butter
- 1.25 cups parmesan cheese grated, plus extra for topping
- 220 g bocconcini cheese or buffalo mozzarella, torn into pieces
- basil leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C conventional (160°C fan-forced).
- Place all the ingredients, except the bocconcini, extra parmesan and basil, in a large casserole dish. - Remove the foil, add the bocconcini or mozzarella and extra parmesan to the dish. Return to the oven for 10–15 minutes.1.25 cups parmesan cheese, 220 g bocconcini cheese
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil and season some more. Enjoy!basil leaves
