220gbocconcini cheeseor buffalo mozzarella, torn into pieces

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C conventional (160°C fan-forced).
Place all the ingredients, except the bocconcini, extra parmesan and basil, in a large casserole dish. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
600 g curly fettuccini, 1 jar pasta sauce, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup red wine, 2 1/4 cups water, 6 teaspoons butter, 1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, 220 g bocconcini cheese
Remove the foil, add the bocconcini or mozzarella and extra parmesan to the dish. Return to the oven for 10–15 minutes.

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil and season some more. Enjoy!
