OMG OREO CHEESECAKE – NO BAKE!

Makes 12 squares or serves 6 for dessert

Prep time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

Base:

  • 20 Oreo biscuits

  • 50 grams of butter, melted

Filling:

  • 325 grams of cream cheese, softened

  • 4 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt

  • 3 tablespoons of caster sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 6 Oreo biscuits

  • 2 extra Oreo biscuits for the topping

Method:

  1. For the base: In a food processor, add the 20 Oreo biscuits and process until a fine crumb. Pour into a bowl and add the melted butter, mix and then press the mix into a 20cm X 20cm square cake tin.

  2. Meanwhile, to the food processor – add the softened cream cheese, Greek yoghurt, caster sugar, vanilla extract and oreo biscuits. Process until smooth. Pour this mix over the base and spread evenly into each corner. Sprinkle with 2x extra crumbled oreo biscuits (if you have any left). Put in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours. YUM!!!!!
