OMG Oreo Cheesecake – No Bake!

Ingredients
 
 

  • Oreo biscuits
  • 20 Oreo biscuits
  • 50 g butter melted
  • cream cheese softened
  • 325 g cream cheese softened
  • 4 tablespoons greek yoghurt
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 Oreo biscuits plus 2 extra for topping

Instructions
 

  • For the base: Place the Oreos in a food processor and process until they form fine crumbs. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the melted butter. Press the mixture into a 20 cm square cake tin.

  • To the food processor, add the cream cheese, yoghurt, caster sugar, vanilla extract and Oreo biscuits. Process until smooth.
    325 g cream cheese, 4 tablespoons greek yoghurt, 3 tablespoons caster sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 6 Oreo biscuits
  • Pour over the base and spread evenly into each corner. Crumble over the extra Oreos and place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours. YUM!
