Ingredients
- 250 g Marie biscuits packet
- 1 cup desiccated coconut plus extra for rolling
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- 395 g sweetened condensed milk can
- 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Instructions
- Place the biscuits in a food processor and process until they form fine crumbs.250 g Marie biscuits
- Place the biscuit crumbs, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, condensed milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Stir to combine.250 g Marie biscuits, 1 cup desiccated coconut, 3/4 cup cocoa powder, 395 g sweetened condensed milk , 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
- Roll out your balls (slightly smaller than a golf ball), then roll them in the extra coconut to coat.1 cup desiccated coconut
- Place the balls in the fridge for about 1 hour to firm up. Enjoy!
