CHOCOLATE RUM BALLS

One of my all time favourites. So simple, yummy and super quick!!

There is a reason I’ve been making these for nearly 30 years, they are SO damn good!!!!

Pop them in your kids lunch box for a bit of an old school treat.

Makes approx. 25 balls

Ingredients:

  • 250g packet of Marie Biscuits

  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)

  • 1 cup desiccated coconut

  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk 🤤

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

  • Extra desiccated coconut for rolling.

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, add your processed biscuits, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, condensed milk and vanilla. Stir to combine.

  2. Roll out your balls (slightly smaller than a golf ball) and roll them in the extra coconut.

  3. Place them in the fridge for about 1 hour to slightly firm up. Enjoy!!!
