Ingredients: 650 g prawns (peeled and deveined); 1 lemon (zest); 1/2 lemon (juice); 2 tablespoons butter (melted); ½ tablespoon black pepper; 3 cloves garlic (finely chopped); 2 shallots (chopped); 2 tablespoons tomato paste; 1 cup white wine; 400 g cherry tomatoes (canned); ¾ cup risoni (orzo pasta); 3 cups chicken (or vegetable stock); salt (to taste); black pepper; 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped); 2 cups baby spinach; 100 g feta (crumbled); 1/2 lemon (juice); 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped); Crusty bread ( toasted and buttered)
