Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C conventional (160°C fan-forced). Line a cake or lamington tin (about 23 cm x 15 cm) with baking paper.
In a large bowl, place the eggs, self-raising flour, zucchini, bacon rashers, brown onion, vegetable oil and grated tasty cheese. Season well and stir to combine.
5 eggs, 1 cup self-raising flour, 2 zucchini, 5 bacon rashers, 1 brown onion, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup tasty cheese
Pour into the tin and flatten down with a spoon or spatula.
Bake for about 35–40 minutes or until golden on top and cooked throughout.
