Veggie Sticks

Ingredients
  

  • 1 yellow capsicum
  • 1 red capsicum
  • 4 carrots peeled
  • 3 celery sticks
  • 2 lebanese cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Wash all the vegetables well.
  • Slice capsicums into thin strips, cut carrots and celery into sticks, and slice cucumbers into batons.
  • Place the prepared veggie sticks into airtight containers.
  • Fill containers with a little water to help keep them crisp.
  • Store in the fridge & they’ll stay fresh for up to a week.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Pair with hummus, tzatziki, or guacamole for dipping.
  • Add to lunchboxes for a crunchy side.
  • Use as an easy grab-and-go snack.
