Veggie Sticks

Prevent your screen from going dark
- 1 yellow capsicum
- 1 red capsicum
- 4 carrots peeled
- 3 celery sticks
- 2 lebanese cucumber
Wash all the vegetables well.
Slice capsicums into thin strips, cut carrots and celery into sticks, and slice cucumbers into batons.
Place the prepared veggie sticks into airtight containers.
Fill containers with a little water to help keep them crisp.
Store in the fridge & they’ll stay fresh for up to a week.
Serving Suggestions:
- Pair with hummus, tzatziki, or guacamole for dipping.
- Add to lunchboxes for a crunchy side.
- Use as an easy grab-and-go snack.
