Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Stir in the diced ginger and garlic, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the teriyaki sauce and sweet chilli sauce (if using). Simmer for 2–3 minutes, until the beef is coated and glossy.
