Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced).
In a large bowl, combine oats, dried fruit, chia seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, and salt. Add tahini, honey (or syrup), and melted coconut oil. Mix until well combined. Add 1 teaspoon of water if it’s too dry.
Line the baking tin with baking paper. Transfer mixture into the prepared tin. Press down firmly and evenly with the back of a spatula.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely in the tin. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
Slice into bars or squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
