Instructions
In a food processor, place the feta cheese, roasted red peppers, cream cheese and olive oil. Blend until well combined. Add the honey and chilli flakes and pulse for 3–5 seconds.
200 g feta cheese, 330 g jarred roasted red peppers, 1/3 cup cream cheese, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
Place a small frying pan over medium heat. Add the chorizo pieces and cook for about 5 minutes, giving the pan a shake every now and then.

To serve, spread the red pepper dip into a wide shallow bowl. Add the chorizo pieces on one side. Sprinkle over the chopped parsley, drizzle with some more olive oil and sprinkle with chilli flakes (if desired) and a pinch of salt. Serve with toasted baguette.
