mixed herbs
dried , or any preferred herb

brown sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Arrange the tomato wedges on a lined baking tray.

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with herbs, brown sugar and season with salt and pepper.

1 tablespoon mixed herbs,
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Roast for
20–25 minutes
, or until softened and lightly caramelised.
Serve warm or store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to
4 days
.

Serving ideas:
Stir through pasta, spoon over toast with feta, or add to salads and grain bowls.
