Place the lamb, onion, garlic, spices, parsley, egg and some salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix with your hands until well combined, then form into four patties. Chill for 30 minutes.
500 g lamb mince, 1 brown onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, 1 teaspoon ground coriander , 2 tablespoon parsley leaves, 1 egg, sea salt & cracked black pepper
For the minted yoghurt: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season, then chill until serving.
1 cup greek yoghurt, 1 lebanese cucumber, 2 tablespoons mint leaves
Preheat a frying pan or barbecue to medium–high. Cook the patties for 3–4 minutes each side until cooked through.
