For the dressing: Combine all the ingredients in a jar and shake well. Test and adjust to taste. If it’s too thick, add tiny amounts of water until you reach a thinner consistency.
For the salad: Cook your noodles as per packet instructions. Drain, run under cold water and set aside. Combine the noodles, barbecue chicken, edamame beans, coleslaw mix, asian herbs and sesame seeds in a large bowl.
