Instructions
For the dressing: Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Season and adjust to taste.
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1 tahini, 1/2 orange, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar, sea salt & cracked black pepper
Place the kale in a large bowl, then drizzle over the olive oil. Use your fingers to massage the kale for 1 minute to soften the leaves.

Add the broccoli, red cabbage, carrot, spring onion, coriander or mint and cashews to the bowl. Season well and toss. Drizzle over the dressing and toss again.
