10-Minute Tuna Mix With Cannellini Beans & Cornichons
Love my quick tuna mixes! They can be thrown together in no time and I usually have everything on hand already. They make lunch time feel that little bit more special. 🙌

180 g canned tuna drained 400 g canned cannellini beans drained & rinsed 3 celery sticks finely diced 1/2 red onion finely diced 1/2 cup cornichons finely chopped 1/3 cup dill chopped 1/2 lemon juice squeezed sea salt & cracked black pepper 1 tablespoon mayonnaise 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
In a large bowl, place the tuna, cannellini beans, celery, onion, cornichons, dill and lemon juice. Give it all a mix until combined. Season well.

Mix the mayonnaise and yoghurt in a small bowl. Pour over the tuna mix and combine well.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
Serve the mix on sourdough, in an avocado boat or in a wrap with some lettuce of choice. Top with some sriracha sauce, if you like.
