BANANA & NUTELLA FLAXSEED BREAD
Oh wow!!! This was gone very quickly in our house when I made it. IT IS AMAZING!!!!!
Do yourselves a favour and make it!!
Makes 1 loaf (8-10 slices)
Wet ingredients:
3 bananas, mashed with a fork or potato masher
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk (milk of choice)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1⁄4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry ingredients:
1.5 cups wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup @redtractorfoods flaxseed meal
6 tablespoons Nutella
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a loaf tin with baking paper so that it comes up the sides of the loaf tin.
Mix all the wet ingredients together in a large bowl and stir together. Then add the dry ingredients and fold them through with a spatula.
Pour half the batter into the loaf tin, pat it down with a spatula. The dollop in half the Nutella spread, swirl around with a fork. Then continue with the remaining batter and Nutella spread, swirl with a fork.
Bake the bread in the oven for 45 minutes. Remove and let it cool. Then remove from the loaf tin and slice.
